Almost daily, Kennedy comes to me holding one and asking what she can make with it.
It’s a few months later now and I ventured back in.I thought I’d give you a little follow up..

So, this was my second time ever at this particular store and once again, I had problems holding on to all the awesome things I found for dirt cheap. That’s definitely helping me to be a little less freaked out!Cheap treasures!.

New rule for me: Never get a cart!I would fill that thing in a second.. Here’s what I managed to grab in my little hands without dropping:.

Wool, plaid, and $5?What an update right?
I left the top as stained wood and just painted out the bottom parts.I would really like to strip the top and restain it in something a little less reddish, but I’m feeling like harsh chemical strippers are probably a bit of a no-no right now with the baby on the way.
Even with the reddishness though, I really like it so much more now!.It really brightens everything up in here when you walk into the room from the kitchen..
